SketchBook Pro, Flare and more apps updated this week

It was a slow week for Apple news, but a busy week for developers who released a slew of updates. We've compiled a list of some of the top updates that have crossed our desk in the past few days. If you're looking for games, we have a list of updates for that category, too.
iOS Updates
SketchBook Pro for iPad ($1.99): Improved Marker brush and the Copic Color Library is now available in the Color Editor
Adobe Photoshop Touch ($9.99): Support for Retina display and high-resolution images.
Chrome (Free): Can share webpages via email or G+, Facebook, Twitter.
Astrid (Free): New iPad version and premium accounts.
ArtStudio for iPad ($4.99): Added 160 brushes, guidelines and more
Pocket (formerly Read It Now) (Free): Now lets you share to Google Chrome, Kippt, and App.net
Notefile ($2.99): Includes iCloud syncing and history feature that'll save 90 days of deleted notes.
Drafts for iPad ($2.99): Includes new Print and Markdown: Print options.
OS X Updates
Flare ($ 9.99): Noow supports Retina graphics on the Mac, adds twitter sharing and some bug fixes.
Realmac Analog ($19.99): Adds Mountain Lion and Retina-ready graphics. More filters, photo repositioning and the ability to edit directly from iPhoto and Aperture.
The Unarchiver (Free): Updated to support Apple's sandboxing requirements. Added features include the ability to extract bitmap images from PDF files and support for AppleSingle files.
