Skype 4.2 integrates Microsoft account, Retina emoticons
A fresh update just launched for the iOS version of Skype which adds the ability to link your Microsoft account to your Skype persona. This nifty addition allows you to add Hotmail, Messenger and Outlook contacts directly to your Skype account, further fleshing out your network.
The update also brings support for the iPhone 5's larger display, as well as new, high-res emoticons for those using the app on a device with a Retina display. You can upgrade your app to the new version -- officially 4.2 -- right now via the App Store.
