Nike+ App Enhances User Experience with New Facebook Integration

In its latest update, the Nike+ GPS app has introduced a feature that integrates Facebook notifications to enhance user experience. Now, users have the ability to solicit motivational cheers from their Facebook friends directly through the app.

By activating the “get cheers” function, users can notify their Facebook network when they commence a run.

This notification prompts friends to send encouraging messages, which are then relayed directly to the app, providing real-time support to the runner. Additionally, the app will announce the completion of the run on both Facebook and Twitter, assuming the latter is activated.

This interactive feature is designed to make exercise more engaging and enjoyable.

The updated version 2.0 of the Nike+ GPS app, which remains free, is available now.
