UK Prime Minister Gets Custom iPad App for Government Updates

The UK’s Prime Minister, a known enthusiast of Apple products, is set to receive a bespoke iPad application designed to streamline his access to essential governmental data, as reported by The Telegraph. This app, developed by the Cabinet Office, will provide the Prime Minister with real-time updates on various national statistics including crime rates and unemployment figures.

David Cameron has openly expressed his fondness for Apple’s technology.

In a previous discussion, he shared how his iMac and iPad enhance his music experience at home. He told The Telegraph, “I’m very proud of the fact that I’ve got an iMac and I’ve got a speaker remotely linked without a wire which I did myself.

I have all the music on the iMac. The cool thing is that I now control my iMac from the iPad, to play out through the speaker but I have to admit I had a little bit of help from someone in IT on that.”

Prime Minister Cameron is not alone in his preference for Apple’s products.
