Vulnerabilities Found in iPhone’s File Lite, File Lite Pro

For those utilizing the iOS applications File Lite and File Lite Pro, it may be wise to consider removing these apps or at least disabling certain features.

A recent report by Vulnerability Laboratory has highlighted three significant security flaws in the latest iterations of these apps, as detailed by iMore.

The most severe of these vulnerabilities could allow an external party to upload files directly into a user’s account without their consent.

The other two vulnerabilities could enable code injection when a user is browsing their file listings, provided the WiFi sharing feature is active.

Despite these vulnerabilities being identified on May 17th, there has been no removal of the apps from the App Store nor an update to address these issues.
