This week's rig - and we're only guessing here - is owned by a musician. Here we see a Power Mac G5, Cinema Display, LaCie external HD, speakers and a slew of recording equipment. That's a PowerMac G5, not a Mac Pro, because it's only got one optical drive slot.

I'm not sure that it is a Mac Pro... With only 1 optical drive. My vote is a PowerMac G5.

Whatever it is, I'm sure the guy shelled out the hard earned clams to buy the thing and, therefore, he can put all the stickers he wants on it.
End Mac snobbery now! That's what makes me cringe.

I never got what was wrong with putting stickers on your computer. I have 5 on my powerbook 17 inch and think they're wonderful.

I'm thinking about getting a sticker to cover the Apple logo on my black MB, and another for the name inside.

Sorry if that came off as snobbish... I read the post before I had my coffee, and searched the very small picture for a few minutes to even find the shiny tower :)
I think stickers and customization of personal property is great. I was in Las Vegas airport last week and almost got my macbook mixed up with someone else's. If there had not been a bunny sticker on the bottom, I would have had a laptop filled with myspace links instead of my more adult content. ;)
