Seven apps that take advantage of the M7 motion coprocessor in the iPhone 5s
The iPhone 5s is the first iOS device to include the new M7 motion co-processor. The chip gathers motion data from the accelerometer, gyroscope, and compass and translates that information into body motion. There are a small, but growing number of fitness apps that use the M7 to track your daily steps. Some are polished fitness trackers and some are basic pedometers, but all of them will give you a peek into the type of information that is being monitored by the M7.
