I'm the program director and I never saw any money exchange hands. But after that great free press, do you think that someone at Apple might have a Powerbook to spare? That one belongs to our music mentor, not us. We are How is that for shameless?

I can guaranty that Apple didn't give anyone any money for this shot (though SFLA would sure appreciate a donation). I noticed the PowerBook on the sound table when I helped them set up, and as always it made me smile, but I never expected it to get this much press. Macs are just so photogenic!
