Bloglight

Bloglight is a Mac only desktop application that searches 4 blog search engines (Feedster, Google Blog Search, IceRocket, and Technorati) in one Spotlight like window. You can then either open the link your browser, or subscribe to the results in your RSS reader.
There is a demo (though it is limited to 30 searches) available. If you want to search more than 30 times the application will set you back $13.95.

Sorry, I know it does not belong here, but has no one else realized the lack of coverage for 10.4.5 which was available since yesterday?!?

We've built something similar at gnosh.org, but it's web-based and also searches Flickr, Del.icio.us, all the major blog searches, and more. I love all the meta-search tools coming out, it makes life much easier.

I would hope most people know they can do the same thing, and more, FREE via Technorati. I also recommend state weblog compendiums. Many of them are both RSS and fully searchable.
