Rig of the Day: The black Blue and White G3

I'll have to get with the Tim and see if he wants to post a howto. I know he was working on one, but he kept getting sidetracked.

I love the stealth G4s. Care to share any details on how the mod was done?

Hi guys. Thanks a lot for your comments! :-) Just a few notes: I originally painted all the plastic panels (including the top one) black, but, for some odd reason, I couldn't get the top black panel back on. Perhaps, it could be because the original handles were slightly different than the PMG4 Quicksilver handles I used? :-/

The top plastic panel is missing! I like it otherwise.

IMHO I think the case would be strikingly set off if the apple was painted either in silver or gold.

I don't like it. I think it would have helped if he painted the whole case black, including the handles.

Very slick, would go perfectly with a black MB or iPod. In fact paint the Apple logo red, perfect with a U2 iPod...
