Apple has been pretty generous doling out free videos on the iTunes Music Store (at least to those of us in the United States), but they made it a bit challenging to find all the sweet, sweet gratis content. Enter the new Free Downloads page (iTunes link), it is your one stop shop for all the free videos currently available for download from iTunes.
Sweet.

This free video page would be REALLY sweet, except that 70% of the free videos are CRAP. Tabloid Wars? Project Runway? Superheroes?!? Pretty Lame.
I appreciate the effort, and a couple of the dramas look promising, but the "30 Days" episodes appear to be the only really great deals to be found on this page.

I never benefit from these free videos because I don't want to give them my credit card number (create an account) just to get free stuff.

Strangely, there are many free shows that Apple is offering that aren't listed on this page. I'm not sure why.

Update from my comment above. If I follow your link in this post, not all the free shows are listed. If I navigate directly in iTunes, all the free shows are listed. Not sure why.

It's such pity we cannot download or (even buy!!) tv shows and video clips outside the US... I'm from Belgium and all we are able to do is download music and podcast :(

To get there, just scroll down to the bottom of the TV shows page where it displays some of the free shows. In the corner of that, click 'see all.'

Yeah, I think it's bullshit. Why do they need your creditcard # to give you free stuff? I know they are trying to sell other content but you should not have to
give up credit card info. Unless your using it to purchase something.

Why in the world would you be afraid to give your credit card #? It's much safer in Apple's (and other major online stores hands) than any local human at the store, gas station, whatever. I always get a chuckle out of people afraid to give out their cards online.
In this case you are missing out on free downloads for a silly reason.

If you don't want to give your credit card or leave outside the USA, juste buy a Gift Card at an Apple store or on eBay. I leave in France and can download every free stuff at no charge.

yeah especially since VISA offers such great fruad protection. Trust me, Apple isn't going to be throwing down fruadulent charges. I somehow think they wouldn't get away with that.
