TRON!
If Linux is Tron... that means that Jeff Bridges is a Mac, and David Warner is a PC... my head is spinning.

This is the best image ever. Words could never encompass it.

that dosent work because PC is a PC not windows and Mac is a mac not mac os so Linux should be a machine running linux not Linux

A tad bit old if you've been around the internets...

What's funnier is the part of the image the "artist" obviously edited out. I won't divulge too much detail, but a portly man in a suit like that...*cough*
The image was actually manufactured as a plastic-standee by my previous employer. Somebody actually paid to have a life-sized version of that man!
The $65,000 question - Where did that picture originate from?

How about Tron Guy! http://www.tronguy.net/

David Warner as Dillinger/MCP _WAS_ Bill Gates, so the person who said he was the PC is right on target!

Yeah.
There's also one with a hardcore 'I'm Unix' brandishing a gun which is pretty amusing the first time you see it.

I love the picture. If someone were to make that spot, I'd be up for it. (Yes, I'm the Tron Guy.) My desktop and laptop of choice are Macs, and I do a lot of work on Linux.
I'm dying to know who commissioned the full-sized statue of me, too...

Sorry, it's essentially a misconception because PC is not Windows and Mac is not a Mac OSX on the Apple's campaign.
Linux is simply another kind of animal, but too similar with Mac OSX.
And to be really honest they share a lot of stuff, doesn't it?
