You forgot to mention there's a iPhoto update as well...

Bad Apple! Safari 3 is mandatory with this patch. Last I checked there are still issues with 3rd party software that does not like the new webkit. Colloquy being one that was still crashing with Safari 3 libraries as of a few weeks ago.

From the release notes:
"Includes updated Daylight Saving Time information for customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States state of Indiana"
Finally!!! Thanks Apple, but boy, it's been pretty annoying being an hour ahead of everyone for months! I really wish they had released this as a separate patch in time for New Zealand's new daylight savings dates.

Well, that should kick Colloquy's developers into pulling their finger out and resolving the issues, in the name of a better and safer browsing experience - Safari 3.

And here I thought Safari 3 was only available with Leopard.

NetNewsWire 2.1 also has some issues with the Safari 3 beta (the space bar doesn't work in text fields). They told me that they weren't planning on patching 2.1 and that I should upgrade to NNW3. So don't download that 10.4.11 patch unless you plan on shelling out for NNW3.

It's nice to know updates are still rolling out for Tiger.

Sweet. Absolutely nothing I want in this.
Hey apple, how about backing off on the mouse drivers and helping developers by actually having the latest version of java? That would be nice, wouldn't it...

They're killing me.
After waiting a year for the tech department, our PowerMac G4 finally has Tiger installed (an upgrade from OS 9), and we did all the software updates yesterday (several times, actually)... now there's another one.
What about Safari 3 for Windows? Or has it already been updated?

I'm pretty sure safari 3 for leopard is still in beta. I've had multiple crashes, and its absolutely insane how, out of the blue, it just beachballs and dies.

I can't believe you thought those were the most important, but left out "Improves reliability when mounting external USB hard drives." Or the reliability improvements under VMWare Fusion. But thanks for linking the update page, nonetheless.

Broken google search box
It doesn't work anymore since upgrading. I seem to recall this being a problem w/ the Safari 3 Beta. Any help/links would be appreciated.
Thanks

Bad bad Apple. They changed the command to get a link to open in front of the current browser window. It used to be command-click and now it's command-shift-click. If you use command-click, it opens the window BEHIND the original browser window. Really really annoying. And stupid to change a command like that. Ugh.

I had some trouble with Safari 3 that eventually turned out to be related to Acidsearch. The latest version of Acidsearch works fine, though.

Sure would be nice to see a point release for Leopard before they worry about Tiger anymore.
I like Leopard, but there are some glaring bugs that need some attention...fast.
