As the proud owner of a new Nikon D90, I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for this update! Very excited. I've been still shooting in RAW and dumping the photos into Aperture any ways to keep things organized.
The only reason why this update took so long is because Nikon changed the RAW format right before release, so everyone including Adobe and Apple had to catch up.
Thanks Apple!
I will not be downloading this update. I have had to revert to an earlier version of RawCamera.bundle TWICE. Each time Apple's update has literally broken Aperture. Compared to what I've read on some of the discussions boards, I was lucky not to lose some of my images in the process. So, as always with new updates, be wary.

November 05 2008 at 10:58 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyCan't see LX3 support coming within 6 months of the camera's release now by which time it will be old news. Strange that Apple were quick to support the LX1 and LX2. Then when Panasonic get close to perfecting a product that is aimed directly at the Aperture users market then the love dries up and instead Apple support the P6000 with it's cynical Vista-only RAW format.

November 04 2008 at 9:46 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyWhat about the Lumix DMC-FZ18K? It is one of the best selling ultra zoom digital cameras on Amazon.com.
For the past couple of years, I have no choice but to use Adobe products like Lightroom. It looks like Apple is ONLY supporting the high end cameras that shoot in RAW. Pity!
yes!
finally - time to adjust my D90 to shoot in RAW.
