5th Avenue Apple store to be open 365 days a year?
The Apple Store on Fifth Avenue has been rumored to be open 24 hours a day. ifoAppleStore now reports that not only will Apple's new flagship store be open 24 hours a day, but also 365 days a year (366 on leap year).
If this is true I imagine that some Mac geeks will be ringing in the New Year at the Apple Store.
Who is going to be attending the grand opening? I am pondering taking the trip into NYC to see the mystical cube with my own two eyes.

I can just imagine it... Christmas Day. All those kids whose parents bought them the black iPod nano, when they really wanted the white one, being marched down to 5th Avenue to get it swapped out. I pitty the employees.

I'm so mad I can't make it. I have a dance and then my parents are having a garage sale that same day so I have no one to take me, and even if I could get someone, I still paid for the dance. Life sucks... And the garage sale is for the whole weekend, guess I just gotta go next week :(

I will definitely be there. I walk by there pretty much every day on my way home from work, and I'm looking forward to seeing what this thing is going to look like with out all the black boards covering it up.
I probably won't be able to make it over there until 5 or so, but hopefully that will still be early enough to get one of those cube shirts everyone's been talking about.
I'll have my camera, and I'll try to put a few pics of the place up on Flickr.
