Steve Jobs is in fine health
Hot on the heels of the WWDC '06 Stevenote the Macweb was in a tizzy. Didn't Steve look a little sickly on stage? Why did he include so many other Apple execs in the keynote? Could this mean that Steve is in ill health?Katie Cotton, Apple's VP of worldwide corporate communications (she never calls, she never writes), told InformationWeek that, 'Steve's health is robust and we have no idea where these rumors are coming from.'
So there you have it, Steve is fine but I bet he is a wee bit preoccupied.

Narco: I think steve lost weight after his cancer.
I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary about him having other people talk about things, except I was suprised that he didn't introduce the mac pro. I also didnt notice him being weak, but I only watched part of the keynote.
We all know it's that he took too much of the 7-day Miracle Cleanse... you wouldn't look too crash hot if you had OD'd on that too!

If you've been watching keynotes for more than a year or two, you'd already know that the Developer's keynotes have featured other Apple execs, etc for a long time. The most recent keynote (WWDC Summer 06) showed us nothing new.
I thought he looked okay. However, you could tell he wasn't happy saying the system wasn't coming out until Spring 2007. I took it as those are the execs that aren't on thin ice. That's Steve's posse and the rest are in serious trouble.

I don't think we need to panic about this. I liked the idea that he used a few other folks in the keynote. That way you get a chance to meet some of the other faces behind Apple.

That and using other people in his keynotes seems like he's prepping his audience to get used to other people announcing the products. Kind of like an easy transition.
Either way, even if he IS extremely sick, do you think he'd tell the press? The stock would probably go down considerably. I mean, the last time he had cancer he didn't tell anyone until it was all over and done with.
Fishes,
narco.
I thought that he was looking kind of frail and that the inclusion of so much help indicated that he was not in a well enough state to do the whole keynote on his own. I remember watching and thinking that he didn't look well.

Indeed, smart people figured out the secret of moon landing, it never happened.
We too can figure out the secret of Apple if we stared hard!
Where it came from?
Um, from are own eyes lady. Before it was ever posted or mentioned online, I wondered what was going on b/c he has never used so many Apple Execs before during a keynote. And also, he just looked weak.
People aren't stupid you know.
