I love it that they put in PAN Bluetooth networking. Now I can finally get to the internet via my T-mobile Dash!

So, Apple did kill the iSight Cam... at least, that is what I understand from adding USB cams support to iChat.

Beware of 10.4.9!!
It comes with added bugs for me. There seems to be some kind of problem with the window placement routines. Look at what it's doing to my system windows

Hmmm, it seems to have broken my 2nd gen shuffle! It won't mount or charge at all! It flicks it's orange light 3 times (which isn't listed on the 'Status Light Indicator' page at apple.com.au. Looks like I have to try to restore it...
Other than that, my 40gb 4G iPod works fine, as does everything else.

This update took forever and now my fans are running like jet engines - seriously, I've never heard fans sound this loud.......okay, the fan has finally subsided, but it ran continuously for just about 2 full minutes.
Went into disk utility and ran permissions - everything fine (fingers crossed, knocking on wood).

With this update, Quicktime Pro full screen no longer has the cool window zooming (there's just a jump from windowed to full screen), LAME!

To any of you intrepid upgraders out there:
If you have upgraded the Airport card in a MacBook (Core Duo) with the MacPro "n" card AND installed this 10.4.9 OS update, do you still retain the "n" functionality? There was a single report by an ADC member on another site a couple of weeks ago that installed the BETA 10.4.9 and said that he lost the "n" functionality.
Before I upgrade, I want to make sure this was either an anomoly or something related to it still being in BETA.
Anyone with this specific situation taken the plunge yet? Please provide feedback when you have it.

@#9 - My Quicktime windows still use the zoom effect to go from one size to another - have you tried another file format in Quicktime and/or repairing permissions?

I noticed after the last QT security patch, I could no longer Preview MP3s in Finder's file info popup. Does this return that functionality? I really hate loading iTunes if I just want to hear one song, and I'm lazy and don't want to use open with, either :)

Oops, ignore my last comment, I guess I was just the filetype, as all others work.

I See Connections Everywhere...
I have updated my MBP with the Extreme N card, and run the OS update.
It still reports a/b/g/n in Network Adaptor.
One thing: after sleep, my MacBookPro woke up with a seriously derranged screen display. It eventually sorted itself out. Glitch with new graphics drivers?

How about the rest of you?
