Apple issuing refunds, credits from WGA strike
Here's a nice bit of information. Many iTunes customers bought season passes to television shows in iTunes that never aired as a result of the recent writers' strike. As of this writing, Apple has begun addressing their concerns. In an email that has been delivered to some customers, Apple describes how customer plans will be extended into the next season, or refunds will be issued:
"We will make all additional episodes which are broadcast during the 2007-08 season available to you as we receive them. If the season does end up with fewer episodes, you will receive a partial refund to make up for the difference."
Also, some customers are finding an instant iTunes Store credit that may be used towards the purchase of any two TV episodes, music videos, or short films on the iTunes Store.
Let us know if you receive one. Thanks, Apple!

I checked after reading this post, and noted that for my purchase of "The Unit" (which is not going to produce any more episodes this season), I have received a credit of 2 music videos plus $19.99.
Thanks for alerting me to this!

I ordered a season pass for Scrubs (final season), which only aired 6 episodes. Customer service replied saying they'd give me a $23.33 credit to my account, and also 3 video credits. I've received the video credits, and the additional credit should show up soon.

Free credits on top of the refund is sweet.

I have been fighting with Itunes over my credits and refund for Bones Season 3. I paid $44.99 but will only recieve 15 episodes. I recieved 4 video credits but I am still short about $8 to $10 and Itunes told me: Your request for a partial refund for "Bones Season 3" was carefully considered; however, according to the iTunes Store Terms of Sale, all purchases made on the iTunes Store are ineligible for refund. This policy matches Apple's refund policies and provides protection for copyrighted materials.
Be prepared to fight for your money.
