My mac is in for service, and supposed to be back in three days. I wonder if I'll get the update preinstalled. I sent it in with a blank HD, and although it wasn't a drive problem I got the feeling that they were going to install Leopard.. something about them not needing my install disk because it installs faster from the hard drive they have.. anyway, glad for any and all fixes in here!

Why so happy?
Blaktornado said 4:08PM on 5-28-2008
Dude, software updates make everyone happy... until after the update when they find that the update has just killed something or other...
But in a way, it's just like Christmas; you grab the presents, hope it's an iPod, unwrap it, find out it's a book, cry, wish you'd gotten the iPod, wait until next Christmas for the iPod, repeat.

Showing up as 198MB for my MBP.

From the apple website: "Improves the accuracy of the Software Update progress bar indicator."
This is funny cos we have to wait till the next update to get the benefit.
