Second Australian Apple Store is ready
Apple certainly took their time in establishing a retail presence in Australia, but now they're set to open a second store, this time in Chatswood.Apple Store Chatswood Chase will open on Saturday, August 9th at 9:00 AM. The store is located at Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre, Victoria Avenue, Chatswood. You can get full travel directions here.

I'm still amazed that they don't have a small store in the 'Metro Center', the largest shopping center in the North East, UK.

I think this store will close within a year. Not enough foot traffic in Chatswood Chase. They should have put it in Chatswood Westfields instead. And yet there is an existing Apple Premium Reseller in Chatswood anyways...hmm

It's strange that Apple don't know where their new store is located!?! It is actually one block left and on the opposite side of the road (opposite Bertram Street).
