Mac users looking for touchscreen functionality now have new hardware options. Alogic has unveiled the Aspekt Touch 27 desktop monitor alongside the Folio and Folio Duo portable displays, giving macOS users touch and stylus input that Apple has yet to offer on its own Mac lineup. The products debuted at InfoComm 2026 and target professionals, designers, and users who want more interactive workflows.
Unlike standard monitors, these displays use Alogic’s software to enable touch gestures, annotation, drawing, and navigation directly within macOS applications.

Aspekt Touch 27 Delivers a Feature-Rich Desktop Experience
The Aspekt Touch 27 features a 27-inch 4K IPS touchscreen with a 60Hz refresh rate, 600 nits of brightness, and broad color coverage for creative work. It also supports 10-point multitouch and works with Alogic’s Active Stylus, which offers 4,096 pressure levels for precise drawing and note-taking.
Additionally, the monitor doubles as a docking station. It includes HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, Gigabit Ethernet, USB-A ports, built-in speakers, and up to 90W USB-C laptop charging, allowing users to reduce cable clutter while connecting multiple devices.
Buyers can also choose from several stand options, including a Fold Stand for drafting and an Omni Fold Stand with integrated support for Apple’s M4 Mac mini.
Portable Displays Expand Flexible Workspaces
Alongside the desktop monitor, Alogic introduced two portable touchscreen displays. The Folio includes a single 16-inch QHD touchscreen, while the Folio Duo combines two 16-inch displays in a foldable design that supports both side-by-side and vertical layouts.
Both models feature 400 nits of brightness, 100% sRGB color coverage, 10-point multitouch support, stylus compatibility, and gesture controls for both macOS and Windows. Furthermore, they connect through a single USB-C cable and support passthrough charging, making them well suited for travel and hybrid work environments.
Availability and Pricing
The Aspekt Touch 27 starts at $1,799 and is scheduled to launch in July. Meanwhile, the Folio will retail for $899, while the Folio Duo will cost $1,299, with both portable models expected to arrive around September.
Although Apple has yet to introduce touchscreen Macs, Alogic continues filling that gap with specialized hardware. For creative professionals, educators, and business users, the new lineup offers an alternative way to interact with macOS through touch and stylus input without waiting for Apple’s own solution.
