WWDC 2005 Registration Open
Apple has opened
registration for its
World Wide Developer’s Conference (WWDC). This year’s WWDC
will take place June 6-10 in San Francisco, and unless I miss my mark I am almost certain that his Steveness will
announce a solid shipping date for Tiger (also known as Mac OS X 10.4).
They seem to be running to promotions, if you register before April 22nd you get $300 off the registration fee, and if
you buy 4 e-tickets you’ll get the 5th for free (great for all those small developers out there I am sure).
And all you ADC Premier members don’t forget that you
get a free ticket to WWDC.

i wouldnt say i have sources as such, i just know it will be shipping in march, i know a few people who work for apple here in the UK on the training side of things and they are getting all geared and trained up for when it ships, they have been told that will be in march. also didnt amazon list march as the release date before apple made them change it?

I'm no expert, but it appears that there are still some major bugs to be worked out with the latest build. I don't think a month is enough time to fix all of them, produce the DVDs and ship them to the stores.
