Apple rewards college-bound seniors
Attention,
college-bound high school seniors: Apple is currently looking for 10 recipients of its scholarship program. The students who demonstrate the most
innovative use of technology in academics will receive $2,000 (which should just about cover your books, actually), plus
a MacBook Pro and an iPod nano! To enter, you must be a high school student who will attend a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university in the fall of 2006, and a legal resident of the U.S. Good luck!
Thanks, Matt!

what about college seniors going to medical school next fall? i could use a new MacBook Pro (still feels weird typing that) and i could ebay that nano. the 2K would also defray some of my loan requirements...or just pay for the supplies and books needed

I think it's only fair that since they can't hire me (since I"m not 18), that I get one of those 10 packages. I just can't get over how ridiculous that policy is. Employees should be selected on a case by case basis. But whatever, it's their loss :)

#1.. I was thinking the same thing!! ;)
I'm submitting a little video I made in iMovie for an english project. I really hope I win this scholarship.
When other people got it in their fastweb scholarship update emails, they forwarded it to me and said "KT! It's your scholarship!! Can I have the iPod?"
