Apple flooded in Cupertino
This morning a major water leak left a foot of water on the floors of an Apple Computer Inc building in Cupertino. According to a Santa Clara County fire Department dispatcher, and as reported by CBS5.com, more than 100 gallons of water per minute were pouring into the building from a leak under the first floor. We here at TUAW are the first to admit that we think Apple goes overboard in worrying about leaks, but it seems like the one this morning wouldn't have been plugged even with copious nondisclosure agreements.

#11, what did you expect? If you knew someone that worked there, you could have lunch in caffe macs, but that's about it. also, you could have gone to the store in IL1, whichis the only place you can get apple branded shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.
but seriously, anyone know what building was flooded?
Interesting note. Re: the pic - Apple's headquarters are in Cupertino CA, USA rather than Bremgarten AG, Switzerland where this image is from. The railroad bridge over the river Reuss gave it away.

Gotcha! ;-)
Was the tour canceled that day or did you drive up there without first calling to see if they had tours for obsessed Apple fans? :-)
I hope it was the 1 infinite loop building aka "visitors." I went there hoping to get a tour or a brochure or something but got offered to sit on the couch and that was it. what a waste of 300 miles.(one-way)
