Let's think, is there any hardware refresh that is greatly anticipated? Nah... but now it's back up, and see Brett's post for the details.

Won't be the SDK. That will be the big thing next week. That must be introduced in style so Steve can stand up and say how fantastic iphone and ipod touch will be as a mobile platform.
Everyone is waiting for MacBook Pro... What are the odds they will shock us all with something like mac mini updates? I doubt it but Apple is pretty unpredictable.

Yeah, because they're going to introduce a couple key apps with the SDK. Namely, Filemaker Pro . . . .
Okay that's just me hoping, but as we all know from the Android release last september, a plain SDK can be a pretty underwhelming release.

SDK would be fantastic... the rumored $100 drop in iPhone/Touch prices would be cool but angering to me.. (bought 4gb $499).

Better to put $49 on it or $100 on two. Great price drop!

Hmm hd-dvd is not going to make it... First of all, blu ray is going to win, and apple is probably, but unfortunatly, first going to develop stuff in hd when they find out that apple tv just isn't enough!

You should consult the Mac Buyer's Guide before purchasing a mac. It says "don't buy!" for the MBP.
