It's nice to see Corrine Bohrer back as the therapist. It's hard to be believe she turns 50 this year!

At least the breakthrough one makes sense, and tries to be fair.

The yoga ad actually makes me feel sorry for the PC guy. It makes him likeable. For me, the ad misses its goal.

I love the Mac vs. PC ads more than anyone, but Mac looks a little grimey in the Yoga one... I also think they need to get away from "lets bash Vista some more" and back to pointing out the strengths of OS X.

When I think about it for a few minutes, I see that the only reason I really bust-a-gut over these ads (still) is that I already use a Mac. I personally realize how great computing can be on Apple's products because I have already experienced it. I think these ads fail to fully reach their target audience because they are crafted like an inside joke.
Think about it; if you're part of a group, your enthusiastic and critical talk within your group of like-minded individuals is accepted. You could probably talk and laugh about it endlessly. Now pretend you're a part of a group that you feel passionate about, and you really want to tell everyone in the world how great your purpose is and what good it has done for you. If that was your goal, to spread the word of your group's purpose, you would not go about it (at least not successfully) by talking the same way you talk within your group. That's what these ads seem to do.
OS X has strengths: real, powerful, legitimate strengths. Like Amy's comment says above; Apple needs to point their strengths out to people who use Windows without sounding like a pompous ass (most Windows users think we are already!). I like the Breakthrough ad because it actually shows that having one company control all aspects of your OS and hardware isn't necessarily a bad thing. This is one reason I love my Mac; it's put together like a Ferrari. You feel the love, the hand-craft, the superb design, and the genius. It all comes together in a very harmonious way when you own an Mac.
I want to see more Mac users. Come-on Apple, do it right; be honest, humble, and humorous all at the same time.
